Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse for its Older Adult Mental Health and Substance Use team. Your role will involve providing specialized nursing care, engaging with clients suffering from complex mental health issues, and working collaboratively to create effective treatment plans. This job allows for both independent and team-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized nursing interventions for clients
• Facilitate psychosocial rehabilitation and client assessments
• Collaborate on treatment strategies with healthcare teams




• Guide clients in medication management and daily living skills
• Document client care activities accurately and contribute to team goals

Requirements:
• Current license as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse in BC
• At least two years of experience in mental health
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and supportive practices
• Competency in communication and teamwork
• Valid BC Driver’s license for travel within the area
