Surgical Sales Rep – Junior Associate role
Based in Regina or Winnipeg
Our client sells an innovative and industry leading line of surgical devices and products. They are looking to hire a highly motivated and hard-working junior sales qualified with a strong desire to grow their sales career in the medical surgical industry and to represent a leading technically advanced portfolio of surgical devices and products. In this role, you are responsible to achieve your territory sales quota and to work side by side supporting surgeons, nurses, and other surgical staff in the hospital OR on a daily basis and conduct continuous medical education programs and training sessions to share best practices. This role supports surgeons in hospitals and surgical suites across the province, with 30% territory travel required.
As a sales apprentice, you will complete an intensive and unparalleled 6-month product and sales training program (lab-based technical training)
as you prepare to be a true expert on the medical devices, surgical techniques, and cutting-edge technologies that you represent. Personality and drive are key. Some previous sales experience would be ideal, and a post secondary degree is required, ideally Science related. Compensation includes first year starting salary of $65-80K depending on sales experience (commission eligibility begins after training is completed), plus car allowance and gas card, and health perks. Note – upon successful completion of the product and sales training program you will earn a salary increase and you are eligible for commissions based on achievement of KPIs.
