This position focuses on a permanent role within the only Kidney Transplant Program in British Columbia, emphasizing comprehensive management of living and deceased donor transplants. The ideal candidate will be experienced in diverse transplant surgeries and will actively participate in teaching and program development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee evaluations for kidney transplant candidates
• Execute complex transplant and surgical procedures
• Provide postoperative care for donors and recipients
• Collaborate on educational programs for trainees




• Drive program advancements through research and QA efforts

Requirements:
• ASTS certification in Kidney or Multiorgan Transplantation
• Certification from Royal College of Physicians required
• Independent surgical experience in transplant procedures
• Solid collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
• Current practice license from the College of Physicians of BC
