This role involves providing legal advice on critical privacy matters affecting our business, including consent management and data governance. You will collaborate with senior leaders to strengthen Bell's privacy program while fostering the growth of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise business teams on privacy and responsible AI issues
• Manage and mentor junior Privacy Team members
• Draft data protection clauses in vendor agreements




• Monitor legal developments in privacy across regions
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and ensure compliance
Requirements:
• Member in positive standing of a Canadian law society
• Minimum 6 years of experience in privacy law
• Expertise in PIPEDA, consent management, and AI frameworks
• Robust negotiation and contract drafting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence
