Your robust organizational, negotiation, and advocacy skills will be crucial as you manage legal responsibilities across various teams, ensuring the company's product offerings comply with current legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on product features and initiatives
• Review and advise on privacy impact assessments for legal compliance
• Support contract negotiations and prepare crucial documentation
• Guide marketing on product launches to adhere to legal standards
• Conduct training sessions for teams on legal considerations
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Common Law and active membership in the Law Society of Ontario
• 5–7 years of relevant legal experience
