Echelon Insurance Canada is looking for a Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and settle claims across personal and commercial lines with a cooperative approach.

In this vital role, you will report to the Claims Supervisor and manage inquiries, analyze policies, and ensure timely resolution of claims. A solid foundation in negotiation and analytical skills is essential for success in this position. You will be responsible for appointing vendors and maintaining updated claims records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate claims to determine coverage and settlement
• Document all aspects of claim handling thoroughly
• Appoint claims vendors in compliance with company standards
• Process payments or denials based on established guidelines
• Identify opportunities for subrogation and recovery

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in claims adjusting
• Personal and commercial lines permits from AMF
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• College certificate in relevant field
• Comfortable in a digital work workplace
