but we are looking for exposure to software-as-medical-device development and a desire to learn more. What We OfferChallenging work at the frontier of AI-native healthcareIn-person collaborative culture in a beautiful work space in the Cambridgeshire countrysideAn onsite gym and digital health subscription of your choiceEarly stage equity with employee-friendly terms (via an EMI scheme)Comprehensive medical coverage (including dental and optical) and life insuranceOptional remote working on Wednesdays, with an annual allowance of 10 extra remote daysDesk setup allowance for your favourite keyboard / mouse / whatever!Monthly team feasts (and the BBQ is used most days)A fast paced work environment geared towards excellence and professional growth (with annual training budget)A chance to have a big impact in a small team transforming care and outcomes at population scaleAbout FlokMore than a billion people a year suffer unnecessarily from conditions like MSK pain, where the right treatment approach is well-established but undeliverable at scale. We're changing that. Our team has deep expertise across clinical, engineering, and regulated AI, has a track record of healthtech innovation, and is backed by top VCs and multiple unicorn founder angels. If You LikeSolving hard problems at the intersection of technology and healthcareThe pursuit of excellence—helping each other to do the best work of our careersWorking in an in-person collaborative environmentTaking ownership to have significant impact in a fast-growing mission-driven company with big ambitionsThen you'll fit right in!A People team built for ambitious businessesThe old model for People & Talent doesn't work for today's businesses. We've built a better one. Traditionally, early-stage Founders had two options: handle People & Talent themselves, losing precious time they should be spending on product or go-to-market, or hire a generalist, expected to cover everything from culture to recruitment to performance. We offer a more impactful alternative: A fully flexible, fractional People & Talent team with specialist skillsets and hands-on delivery, ready to start driving impact for your business in weeks, not months. #J-18808-Ljbffr
