It was originally founded to ensure that no pet owner would have to leave the province for the proper care their pet needs. The centre houses the only board-certified radiologist in the province, regular locum board-certified surgeons, a CT scanner, an MRI machine, a canine blood donor program, and the only fully staffed ICU available 24 hours a day, Sunday through Thursday. As an emergency and referral hospital, our emergency department handles a diverse and exciting caseload that promotes lifelong learning and growth.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is client/patient centered, with strong communication and people skills.
