With 3 to 5 years in collision estimating, you’ll understand the complexities of repair issues and apply your knowledge of estimating software to achieve optimal results throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write accurate estimates reflecting all vehicle damages
• Verify repair processes meet client and OEM standards




• Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks
• Communicate effectively about repairs and timelines
• Manage all aspects of part sourcing and invoicing

Requirements:
• Experience with Mitchell Connect and Audatex
• At least 3 years in a similar role
• Class 5 Driver's License mandatory
• Familiarity with insurance practices and compliance training
• Knowledge of PIPEDA and workplace safety
