Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a liaison for clients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Two years' related experience, including work with Indigenous communities
• Registration with the BC College of Social Workers
• Valid BC Driver's Licence and personal vehicle for travel
• Comprehensive knowledge of Indigenous cultural practices
