The Role
The Appliance Service Technician is responsible for installing and providing diagnostics and repairs on a wide variety of appliances. This involves on‑site repairs and repairs in our valued client’s homes.

What You Will Be Doing

Verifying and accurately diagnosing mechanical/electrical problems





Preparing accurate estimates and explanations on all repairs

Performing assigned and required repairs to customer products

Travelling to customer's homes to diagnose / repair appliances

To be successful in this role you must

Have a clean driver's abstract (our insurance team says so)

A current Journeyman Appliance Technician ticket

Enjoy working within a diverse team

Have a solid sense of urgency

Be proactive and demonstrate initiative by providing input and recommendations to continually improve the delivery of our customer experience

Transparent a security check
