Your proactive approach and organizational abilities will foster a welcoming setting and promote effective communication across the team, all while identifying current opportunities to support our licensed advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally direct calls and answer inquiries
• Welcome clients and create a positive first impression
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and setting appointments




• Book and confirm appointments for the team
• Maintain solid communication to enhance client experience
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with phone communication
• Organized with strong multitasking capabilities
• Familiarity with CRM and technology tools
• Experience in insurance preferred, not essential
