In this full time position, you will oversee the onboarding of clients and create individualized programs that address their diverse needs. Your collaboration with team staff will ensure effective implementation of recreational activities, fostering a supportive community atmosphere. The role includes maintaining comprehensive documentation and mentoring staff while adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure program safety and security for all clients
• Handle client referrals and initiate Intake procedures




• Establish individualized therapeutic program plans
• Support staff with activity implementation
• Advocate for client needs with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Recreation Therapy required
• Experience in geriatric care or memory disorders beneficial
• Current First Aid/CPR certification required
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and assessment tools
• Must possess a driver's license and vehicle insurance
