As a Senior Claims Director, you will lead the national claims department and implement strategic initiatives to align with both business objectives and carrier expectations. The role emphasizes coaching and developing a high-performance team, ensuring operational excellence in claims handling and Regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive national claims operations
• Develop and drive claims strategies and workflows
• Foster a high-performance culture within claims teams
• Supervise complex claims and provide technical guidance




• Monitor key performance indicators and compliance
Requirements:
• 10+ years of insurance claims experience required
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or director role
• CIP / FCIP or additional designations preferred
• In-depth knowledge of coverage analysis and litigation management
• Solid ability to manage relationships and drive change
