Alberta Health Services is offering a Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program (GNTPP) for newly graduated Registered Nurses. The program runs 12 months, with Phase 1 Enhanced Orientation alongside a Clinical Guide, followed by Phase 2 Independent Practice with ongoing mentorship.
After orientation, you may apply for vacant 0.5 FTE positions in similar settings, ideally within the same unit or site. The RN role includes wide nursing services, critical thinking, teaching and advocacy for patients
