Our firm is one of the largest management‐side employment and labour practice groups in the country, providing representation to employers on all aspects of workplace law in unionized and non‐union environments in both the provincial and federal sectors. This includes employment litigation and compliance, labour board proceedings, labour arbitration, human rights, executive employment contracts, employee compensation and benefits, pay equity, privacy law, collective bargaining, human resources strategies, occupational health and safety, and workplace policies.
