Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly NOI reporting and variance analysis
• Support annual budgeting and interim forecasting




• Provide analytical insights to Operations Leaders
• Manage purchase order aging and PO accruals
• Support month-end close and account reconciliations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 5+ years in accounting or finance operations
• Solid knowledge of budgeting and month-end processes
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience; Yardi is an asset
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
