You will act as a vital advocate for families, providing essential skill-building and navigating services tailored to their unique needs. Your work will involve pooling family insights and coordinating activities that support their welfare journey. Engaging with management, you’ll develop consumer-informed systems that create lasting impact for families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for families in program activities
• Facilitate skill-building sessions for youth and families
• Inform families about mental health resources
• Develop support groups and coordinate logistics
• Document services and evaluation effectively
Requirements:
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Personal experience with child welfare required
• Proficiency in English necessary
• Solid time management skills required
• Reliable transportation to meet families at various locations
Serve as a bridge for families, advocating for their needs and connecting them to valuable resources and support.
