Job description / tasks
Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of staff who prepare food
Ensure the food and service meet quality control standards
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Maintain and order supplies; requisition food and kitchen supplies
Maintain computerized stock inventory
Clean and maintain workspace
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Perform same duties as workers supervised
