Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Product Developer conducts in-depth product research, formulates innovative recipes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. You will ensure adherence to quality, food safety, regulatory standards, and consumer expectations throughout the product lifecycle while managing multiple campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Stay informed on food trends to create R&D; concepts
• Develop prototypes for shortlisted food ideas in the lab




• Conduct current ingredient research and improve product formulations
• Perform physical and chemical analyses of food products
• Engage with regulatory partners on compliance and product development
Requirements:
• Degree in Food Science; Master's preferred
• 5 to 8 years in Product Development or R&D;
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent communication and project management skills
