Your Impact
Lead and develop a high‑performing team of finance professionals
Drive accurate and timely month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
Oversee consolidated financial reporting and ensure integrity and reliability
Resolve complex accounting issues in accordance with IFRS standards
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across the business
Lead process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure strong data governance and consistency
Support M&A; activities and integration efforts while delivering executive‑level insights

The Skills That Set You Apart
CPA designation with solid expertise in IFRS and internal controls
8+ years of experience in complex, multi‑entity settings




Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring teams
Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate financial insights
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP/reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is an asset
Bilingualism in English and French (spoken and written)

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 – 162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 – 154,400
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $111,000 – 147,400
