Key Responsibilities:
• Assess applications for securities compliance and relief
• Engage in complex legal research and policy initiatives
• Contribute to regulatory development within OSC




• Foster relationships with market advisors and participants
• Manage multiple projects and set priorities effectively
Requirements:
• Licensed member of the Law Society of Ontario
• At least 5 years of securities law experience
• Insight into the exempt market and public company operations
• Solid judgment and collaborative skills
• Excellent communication and management skills
