Act as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with boutique teams to uphold high standards of craftsmanship and service.
Responsibilities
Welcome clients, assess repair needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Perform express repairs and minor technical repairs on leather goods and costume jewellery to company standards.
Manage CASS administration and ensure repairs are sent to the correct workshops following procedures.
Oversee spare part orders, manage inventory, and organize back-of-house repair logistics.
Deliver training to Fashion Advisors on after-sales procedures and service philosophy.
Conduct regular quality audits, report insights, and liaise with boutique management on client concerns.
Plan daily tasks, participate in team meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
