Reporting to the VP, Operations, you will manage budgets, safety initiatives, and workforce relations while ensuring compliance with regulations. Your extensive experience will contribute to shaping the success of our team and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute multi-year strategies and performance targets
• Own financial performance and budget development
• Lead service area leadership team development




• Serve as senior representative to MOTT and municipalities
• Manage responses during severe weather and emergencies
Requirements:
• Minimum ten years’ operations experience, five in leadership
• Solid focus on operations and high-performing teams
• Demonstrated profit and loss management
• Knowledge of road and bridge maintenance standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
