Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advice on commercial and regulatory legal issues
• Draft and review contracts and governance documents
• Support senior legal staff in claims and disputes

Requirements:
• University degree in law (LLB, JD, LLM)
• At least five years post-qualification experience
• Jurisdictional admission to practice law
