What you’ll do

Strategy and Leadership
Develop and oversee the company’s overall marketing strategy
Set goals for growth, brand awareness, and performance
Identify opportunities for innovation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
Actively participate in business decisions and strategic planning

Digital Acquisition and Performance
Oversee acquisition strategies across digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and others)
Optimize marketing investments and maximize return on investment
Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations
Drive growth in sales and customer value

Brand, Content, and Customer Experience
Develop the brand’s positioning and image
Oversee content strategy and omnichannel marketing campaigns
Lead collection launches, seasonal campaigns,



and special projects
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Team Management
Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team
Set clear priorities and ensure excellence in execution
Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and content creators
