Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Recruitment Specialist position located in Vaughan, ON. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment strategies. Additional responsibilities include supporting training initiatives,
maintaining effective communication with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all parties involved.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting strategies, including sourcing and screening top candidates
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
- Experience with Training and onboarding processes to support new hires
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is an asset
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
