We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with robust expertise in the trading lifecycle and collateral management, combined with proven skills in data analysis and data product review. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams, ensuring effective delivery of initiatives in an agile environment. In addition, this role will also take on Scrum Master responsibilities, driving agile ceremonies and fostering continuous improvement across the team.This role is for subcontractors.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements GatheringEngage with trading desks, risk, treasury, operations, and collateral teams to capture and analyze business needsTranslate requirements into clear functional specifications, process flows, and user stories with acceptance criteriaPartner with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the backlog in line with strategic objectivesEvaluate and improve workflows around collateral management, and intraday collateral movementSupport delivery of solutions that strengthen efficiency, transparency, and compliance in collateral processesData Analysis & Product ReviewPerform data analysis to validate requirements, identify trends, and ensure data integrity across trading and collateral domainsUnderstand, review and assess data products, reports, and pipelines to ensure accuracy, usability,



and alignment with business needsCollaborate with data engineering and data governance teams to address quality issues and support decision-makingFacilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement)Track progress, remove blockers, and promote agile best practicesDrive continuous improvement within the teamStakeholder Management & DeliveryAct as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teamsEnsure timely delivery of features and initiatives, highlighting risks and dependenciesCommunicate status updates and findings clearly to senior management and stakeholdersMandatory Skills DescriptionQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data, or related fieldProven experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets, with a solid understanding of the trade lifecycleKnowledge of collateral management processes (margining, optimization, settlements)Strong data analysis skills, including ability to query, validate, and interpret datasetExperience reviewing and working with data products, reports, and pipelineHands‐on experience as a Scrum Master in agile deliveryExcellent problem‐solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skillFamiliarity with trade capture systems, risk engines, and collateral platforms is an advantageAgile certification (CSM, PSM) preferredPersonal AttributesStrong analytical mindset with attention to detailExcellent communication and facilitation skillCollaborative, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic business needsOutcome‐focused, with the ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints #J-18808-Ljbffr
