Providingbusiness strategies and solutions, we are a leading national accounting, taxand business advisory firm in Canada.Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles intoopportunities and are successfully transforming mid‐market business practices.ResponsibilitiesLead multiple client facingengagement teams responsible for the completion of tax engagements and thepreparation of tax returns (and other compliance slips)Deliver industry and technicalexpertise relating to taxation and assurance through client interactions,reports, technical work, management presentations and high-qualitydeliverablesEvaluate existing businessprocesses and policies and advise on policy and tax changes; developingproactive taxstrategies that make effective use of business opportunities andensure businesses are run effectivelyLiaise with Canada Revenue Agencyand relevant provincial ministries on client issuesPrepare election forms requiredin corporate reorganizationsAssist in the management of theadministration of personal and trust tax compliance seasonsManage a portfolio of clientswhile understanding their business, key risks and ways to deliver added value; Ensuring their needs aremet and that relationships and accounts grow anddevelopAccountable for engagementplanning and scheduling as well as project financials (i.E. budgets, WIPS,timely billing, collection and variance recognition)Maintain high quality control andapply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues relevantto the client's business,
