In this role, you will collaborate with the EED Manager to enhance training strategies and recommend cutting-edge training technologies. Your leadership will guide the development of annual learning plans and support the career development of managers and senior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and refine training content and strategies
• Facilitate training programs using interactive delivery methods
• Track training outcomes and adjust programs as needed
• Supervise the Training and Development Coordinators
• Maintain the Canadian Butchery skills development program
Requirements:
• 5 years in learning and development, training, or HR
• Robust facilitation and public speaking skills
• Familiarity with learning management systems
• Project management experience from ideation to completion
• Ability to cultivate relationships internally and externally
