As a key leader, you will harness your engineering expertise to bridge the gap between research and market readiness. You’ll manage the end-to-end development of IMP, ensuring it operates on a adaptable, hardware-agnostic platform that meets the demands of today's robotic solutions. Collaborate with early adopters to quickly iterate on product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage the technology roadmap for Wisemotion
• Oversee motion planning algorithm design and optimization
• Deliver commercially viable versions of IMP with best practices




• Develop strategic IP frameworks with the founding team
• Recruit and lead a high-performing technical workforce
Requirements:
• Masters or Doctorate in a relevant field
• Expertise in robotics, motion planning, or AI/ML
• Solid programming expertise in C++ or Python
• Experience with ROS/ROS 2, MoveIt, or related platforms
• Proven experience transitioning prototypes to production-ready products
