In this role, you'll execute sourcing strategies that align with Category Management goals, ensuring objectives for cost, supply continuity, and compliance are met. You will manage supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and support both domestic and global sourcing initiatives in a cooperative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute sourcing initiatives aligned to category strategies
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers as per criteria
• Support supplier negotiations and monitor performance
• Lead RFQs/RFPs and track sourcing KPIs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure execution
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in sourcing or procurement roles
• Solid analytical skills with large data sets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of sourcing processes and contracts
• Excellent negotiation and supplier coordination abilities
