Under the supervision of the Manager, Nutrition Services, you will play a crucial role in the food assembly and distribution process, ensuring that all meals meet established dietary specifications. Essential skills include efficiency, flexibility, and effective communication. You will contribute to dietary adjustments and assist in all facets of nutritious meal presentation and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare therapeutic and texture-modified diets as directed
• Assemble and serve meals adhering to portion controls
• Keep preparation and dining areas clean and organized




• Manage meal delivery and collect used trays efficiently
• Fulfill cashier duties and help with inventory monitoring
Requirements:
• Education equivalent to Grade 10 or higher
• Willingness to obtain a Food Handler Training Certificate Level 1
• Proficient organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously with positive judgment
• Prior experience in a related food service role is beneficial
