You will report to the VP, contributing fundamentally to our accounting function and IPO preparations. Expected to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and oversee internal controls with a focus on operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct global accounting close processes and improve efficiencies
• Design a comprehensive internal controls model
• Oversee technical accounting research and documentation




• Act as a liaison for external auditors and Board members
• Mentor a global team of accounting specialists
Requirements:
• 12+ years of accounting experience, including leadership
• CPA and Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required
• Proven experience in public company accounting
• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Robust skills in stakeholder communication
