Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, your responsibility will include workforce planning, performance management, and leading HR initiatives. You will support leadership in fostering a culture of safety, quality, and engagement, driving organizational success through effective HR strategy implementation and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with plant leadership on performance goals
• Manage HR operations across multiple locations
• Facilitate employee relations and talent development




• Coordinate organizational change and integrations
• Develop leadership capabilities among site supervisors
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of employee relations and compliance
• Understanding of labor laws in Canada and the U.S.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and analytics
