Key Responsibilities:
• Offer holistic nursing care to clients and families
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and planning
• Monitor and assess client conditions regularly
• Facilitate community resource connections
Requirements:
• Current RN/RPN registration with the BCCNM
• Two years of nursing experience in relevant fields
• Proficiency in mental health care practices
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid BC Driver’s License may be necessary
