We are looking for a self-directed lawyer with 2 to 5+ years post-Bar who thrives in a flexible environment. You'll take charge of substantial files without billable hour pressures, learning from senior counsel while implementing settlement strategies and conducting legal research. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee case files with guidance from a senior partner
• Draft and submit legal documents necessary for file progression
• Conduct thorough research on relevant legal precedents




• Prepare and perform court appearances for cases

Requirements:
• 2 to 5+ years experience post-Bar
• Active member of the Barreau du Québec
• Experience in any litigation area
• Fluency in both French and English
