We are currently seeking a Manager of Finance to join a agile and fast-paced organization on a 24-month contract to cover a maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for a robust finance qualified to step into a leadership role with broad exposure across financial reporting, operations, and global audit.

Responsibilities:
Oversee month-end close and financial reporting for the corporate office - Manage and mentor a team of 3 (2 Accounts Payable, 1 Senior Financial Analyst) - Lead budgeting and forecasting processes - Take ownership of the global audit process, coordinating with external auditors - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls - Provide financial insights to support business decision-making

Requirements
CPA (CA designation required)



- Background in Big 4 audit strongly preferred - Combination of public accounting and industry experience is ideal - Experience with SAP or OneStream is considered an asset - Solid leadership, communication, and analytical skills
