Lead innovative organizational development efforts with the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) and foster transformational strategies in a hybrid work workplace. Drive adoption of AI-enhanced workforce practices for enhanced engagement.
In this senior director role, you will shape organizational policies and people practices while overseeing change management and workforce design. Your focus will be on integrating equitable, human-centric strategies into OMA's healthcare mission. Leverage data insights to ensure that staff programs align with OMA's strategic priorities, promoting effective modernization and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead organizational health and design strategy initiatives
• Manage enterprise-wide change enablement for digital transformation
• Address skill gaps through targeted upskilling and reskilling programs
• Champion equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and wellbeing
• Advise leadership on workforce risks and prospects
Requirements:
• Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in change management and organizational design
• Change Management and OD certifications are assets
• Robust experience in facilitating complex processes
• Proven success in enterprise transformation leadership
