As a Care Supervisor (LPN), you'll support an assigned group of individuals receiving specialized community services. You will develop comprehensive care plans, conduct intake assessments, and oversee individual progress for high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• LPN or RPN education is in progress
• Standard First Aid and CPR level C certification
