Key Responsibilities:
• Promote strategic initiatives with CEO and Board of Directors
• Ensure compliance with national standards to maintain accreditation
• Oversee Health PEI's Employee Experience framework and programs




• Build partnerships with stakeholders for strategic alignment
• Provide budget oversight and financial forecasting for HR resources
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in clinical health sciences
• Extensive senior leadership experience in healthcare
• Proven budget management skills with multi-million-dollar budgets
• Robust understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
