Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure product and service adherence to quality standards
• Collect and analyze data for performance metrics
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders on quality issues
• Optimize QMS to enhance compliance and competitiveness
• Evaluate and review product quality test reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in quality assurance or as a QMS auditor
• Familiarity with quality management tools like Apollo
• Demonstrated leadership and change management skills
• Bilingualism (French & English) is a plus
