Norland is seeking experienced Drillers to join their team in Victoria, BC. This role involves operating a variety of drills for technically challenging excavation and construction projects, with a solid focus on safety and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with drilling equipment and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor on Vancouver Island.

What You’ll Need
Experience operating one or more of these drills: Ranger 800, Atlas Copco T30R,



Hoe Drill, AirTrack, DML
Experience with top hammer hydraulic drills (preferably Sandvik)
Safety knowledge and experience in the construction industry
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid Driver’s License (including drivers abstract)
Fit to work: ability to see, hear, walk, stand, and lift 25kgs
Basic computer skills and English communication (oral and written)
Ability to pass pre-access site medicals/drug and alcohol screening
Ability to obtain Security Screening for handling explosives (PAL will satisfy this requirement)
