At lululemon, we are seeking a passionate Women's Lifestyle Designer to join our agile design team. Your role focuses on crafting functional yet stylish apparel, tapping into cultural trends and guest preferences. You will create sketches, select materials, and work directly with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure design effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on cultural trends affecting design
• Develop black and white sketches and create prototypes
• Collaboratively select fabrics and colors for collections
• Present concepts to stakeholders for feedback
• Fit garments, ensuring they meet design specifications
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of product design experience
• Degree in Design, preferably BA, BFA, or BS
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Solid aesthetic intelligence and communication skills
