Key Responsibilities
Leasehold & Freehold : Handle a mix of residential properties
Sales & Purchases : Manage all aspects of residential property transactions
Recent Builds & Plot Sales : Expertise in new build projects and plot sales is desirable but not essential
or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 4+ years PQE equivalent
Experience : Proven track record in residential property conveyancing.
Skills
Excellent IT skills.
Strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in using a Case Management System.
