Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops and harvest events for diverse groups
• Enhance client visits with engaging, educational experiences
• Maintain accurate records of client history and needs




• Mentor Urban Farming Coordinators and support team dynamics
• Assist in the planting and maintenance of crops
Requirements:
• 2+ years in urban agriculture or related fields
• Proven experience in managing client relationships
• Genuinely detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work efficiently in outdoor conditions
• Reliable and experienced in managing multiple tasks
