Reporting to the Director of Contracts and Legal Services, you'll negotiate various commercial agreements, manage claims, and provide legal guidance within Bombardier's growth-focused Aftermarket division. Your role emphasizes proactive risk management, communication with clients, and anticipating stakeholder needs to navigate complex issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and draft customer support service agreements
• Manage claims with the Legal Services Litigation team
• Proactively develop solutions for stakeholders' needs
• Guide clients on compliance and contractual interpretations
• Identify commercial issues and facilitate communication across departments
Requirements:
• Member of the Bar in a Canadian Province or U.S. State
• Minimum 8 years of commercial or litigation experience
• Robust negotiation and drafting skills
• Bilingual in French and English
• Ability to handle energetic environments and busy schedules
