This position reports to the Head of HR, Canada, and works closely with HR Centres of Excellence. The HR Partner is responsible for creating people strategies that align with business challenges and prospects. Expected skills include hands-on HR execution, coaching, and analytics to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct analyses to identify workforce trends
• Review employee engagement data and make recommendations
• Coach leaders on organizational effectiveness
• Lead talent management and succession planning processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree; Organizational Development a plus
• 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing
• CHRP certification preferred
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
