Responsibilities include:Regular proactive visits to residentsOn‐site medication reviewsAttendance at care conferencesParticipation in 24/7 on‐call and after‐hours care programComplete documentation in chartsQualificationsCompetent physicians experienced in family practice with an interest in long‐term care. Mandatory to meet five best‐practice expectations of LTCI (see duties above).
