The successful candidate will assume the patient panel of a retiring physician and provide community‐based family medicine within a collegial, well‐supported hospital environment.The role includes clinic‐based care, Urgent Treatment Centre coverage, and Long‐Term Care support, with all services conveniently located on the same property.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive community family medicineAssume an established patient panel from a retiring physicianProvide coverage for the on‐site Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC)Provide Long‐Term Care (LTC) coverage at Harbourview LodgeWeekly roundingParticipate in a shared call rotaOvernight call for UTC/LTC (call volume is extremely low)Provide occasional evening and after‐hours coverageCollaborate with on‐site interdisciplinary and allied health providerExpected HoursClinic hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.M. – 5:00 p.M.
